Providence Health & Services, in Montana, shared this informative film on their YouTube channel earlier this year.

Spokeswoman Beverly Herbert introduces a short description about pulmonary rehabilitation as a structured education and exercise program.  Diet and medication management go hand in hand with the progressive exercise program that starts off slowly and builds until the patient can do a workout for at least 30 minutes.
